There are two ways to contact us for your return(s): You can fill out our “REQUEST A RETURN” form on our website, OR you can email us for a (free) prepaid label for full price merchandise. After submitting a return request form on our site, you will be notified by email that we have received your request. *Please note, your return label is sent to the email used when you filled out the return label request.
Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days once we receive your package. *Please note that this may be delayed during holidays or warehouse sales. You will be notified the amount of your store credit via email at the email address you listed on your account as soon as your return is processed.
After we process your return, you will receive an email with your store credit attached in the form of an online gift card code. Simply use the code provided at checkout on future orders, and your credit amount will be deducted from the final total. You can use this code until the gift card balance is zero. If the entire store credit isn't used, the remainder will go back into your account to be used on other future purchases.
We do not accept shoes returned with postage stickers on the original shoebox. When shipping returns, all shoes must be in their original shoe box and shoeboxes must be placed inside a larger packaging box.

Sorry! This happens sometimes. Please check your front porch, side door, back porch, garage area, bushes and mailbox to make sure it’s not hiding or jammed. Also ask your neighbors if they have received it for you. If your package is not in any of these locations- for more information regarding your package, please contact your local post office for faster information in trying to resolve this problem. Yes! Please select Express Shipping during checkout for orders up to $30. Orders placed before 3 pm Monday-Friday will be shipped on the same day. Express shipping orders placed after 3 pm will be shipped the next day.
Your order will ship within 3-4 business days. Weekends and holidays are excluded from processing and shipping times, so please account for non-business days when placing your order. For expedited shipping please select Express Shipping at checkout.
We can't add items to an existing order. However, we’ll be happy to waive shipping on this additional order if it was placed within 24 hours of the original order. Please contact us after placing an additional order so that we may combine your shipments.
We need to receive your return before we can ship out another size of the same item to you. Please complete our returns request form here as soon as you decide to exchange, so that we can put the item you want in exchange on hold for you. Items sell out quickly, so please understand that exchanges are not always possible, but we'll do the best we can to accommodate every request. There will be additional shipping charges on exchange orders.
You will receive an email confirmation when your order ships to the email address provided at checkout. If you didn't receive a confirmation, please check your spam folder.
In the rare case that an item you ordered suddenly became out of stock and is no longer available, we will reach out to you as quickly as possible.
Currently, we ship to Canada and Mexico in addition to the United States. Duties & fees will be the responsibility of the customer. Addionally, international orders are not eligible for free shipping promotions or free return shipping.

New items can sell out quickly! If this item is sold out, be sure to sign up for our restock notification on that items page! But if you see something you absolutely have to have, just send us an email with your request and if there's any way possible, we'll try to reorder it for you.
We do offer gift cards! They are available through electronic delivery, which will be emailed directly to the recipient and can be used online. If you would like to use your online gift card in store, all you have to do is print out your code and bring it to the store. If you received an in-store gift card (white plastic card), you can only use this card in store. If you would like to transfer the balance from that card to an online gift card to use it for online purchase(s), please call us at 706.896.5191, so we can transfer the balance for you. Gift cards never expire and are nonrefundable.
Yes, we do! However, we can only process one form of payment per order so the balance of your gift card needs to be equal or greater than the amount you are purchasing.
