Return Policy Process

RETURN REQUIREMENTS:  Before returning an item, please be sure that your return meets ALL the return requirements.

  1. North & Main Clothing Company will not assume responsibility for any damaged items during shipment. We are also not responsible for lost return packages.
  2. Shipping fees will not be reimbursed. If you believe you have received defective/incorrect merchandise, you must email us within 7 days of the package's original delivery. If the item is defective please include with your email images of the defected area/item.
  3. Customers may return any unused, unworn item(s), with tags attached. Merchandise must be in perfect condition. We reserve the right to refuse a return if the item has been worn, washed, damaged, or is a final sale item. If we receive an item back in any of the listed conditions, you will be responsible for the return shipping to have the item sent back to you.
  4. Shoes being returned need to be shipped in the original shoe box placed inside a larger package—not shipped in the shoe box alone. Damaged shoes or shoe boxes will NOT be accepted. We reserve the right to deny any return based upon its returned condition, and the unaccepted items will be mailed back to you at your own expense.

  6. Starting on 11/16/2023, our Christmas return policy will go into effect. Our Christmas policy is: Any full priced item (no final sale items such as: jewelry, swimwear, handbags, accessories, and intimates or sale items discounted 50% or more) purchased on or after 11/16/2023 can be accepted for return until January 10th, 2024. These returns are still for store credit or exchange only. 

*International (Canada & Mexico) orders not subject to free returns at this time.

ABSOLUTELY NO cash, credit, debit, or PayPal card refunds will be issued: only ONLINE STORE CREDIT. *No exceptions.

Items must be returned in store, or postmarked, within 21 DAYS of receipt.  Returns must include the packing slip.  NO RETURNS ON: Jewelry, Swimwear, Handbags, Accessories, and Intimates.  ALL SALE ITEMS ARE FINAL SALE. Sale items include all items individually marked down and sales that mark down items 50% or more.  Your return will be processed within 3-5 business days from the day we receive your return package, excluding holidays and weekends.
